Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution that swept the world recently has resulted in the emergence of artificial intelligence with its various applications, which have proven their effectiveness in many fields such as medicine, education, business, military, and others. Thus a new organism has emerged, known as an intelligent robot – robot or humanoid robot – capable of learning and organizing itself through algorithms, neural networks and other tools, Its legal framework has not yet been determined, and its characteristics are not yet clear, in particular with regard to liability for damage it may inflict on others. This requires a new legal framework for liability arising from damage caused by intelligent robots, and a reflection on granting legal personality to them.
