Open Access Policy

Articles submitted to the journal are handled through the ASJP national platform, where access during the submission and peer review stages is strictly restricted. At this stage, articles are accessible only to the designated reviewers, the corresponding author, the Editor-in-Chief, and the Associate Editor. No open access is granted during the evaluation process. Even after acceptance, articles remain accessible only to the editorial team for correction, copyediting, and layout preparation, and are not publicly available.

Open access applies exclusively after the official publication of the article. Once published, all articles are made freely and fully accessible online without any conditions. No registration, authentication, subscription, or institutional access is required, and access is not dependent on IP recognition or email domains. Articles are provided in full-text PDF format, with HTML format planned for future implementation.

Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–Non-Commercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, allowing use and sharing for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. They are permanently available through multiple platforms, including the official journal website, the ASJP platform… ensuring long-term accessibility and dissemination.
