On the Concept of Anti-Competitive and Restrictive Practices

Abstract

 From the basic understandings that have been known as a major and controversial development, the new competition's new est culture. The competing counter-attacks, as well as the knowledge of restricted practices, are evident in the development that Qan has known. They are the algerian competition, this transformation that the Algerian competition law has defined in one of its most important basic understandings. It reflects the algerian legislator's and the gifts pursued in the context of the policy of competing in the shadow of the economic life of Algeria.
