Abstract

The abolition of restrictions on the practice of commercial and industrial activities will benefit the overall economic activity, but in return it results from absolute economic freedom if it is not an organization with adverse consequences that inevitably lead to the elimination of competition, and therefore enacted laws to control practices that can result from the exercise of freedom of competition and punish behaviors that would derail competition and its basic objectives as a tool to serve consumers and achieve economic efficiency
