The rules and foundations of the Competition Act were established instead of the old price legislation. By extrapolating the provisions, it is clear that he did not leave jurisdiction on competition issues to the judiciary, but went in the direction of creating a specialized body that would take care of all competition-related issues and include members of various wires called the "Competition Board", the Competition Council is an independent administrative authority with moral character and financial independence, seeking to protect and encourage free competition and combat the monopolistic practices that affect it in order to achieve the state's economic policy in the economic sphere and promote the climate of competition. If competition in itself is necessary and legitimate.
