public transactions are administrative contracts of one of the parties is a public moral person or a private moral person financed by public funds in whole or in part, permanently or temporarily on behalf of the contracting interest, subjected by the Algerian legislator to the competition law under order 03/03 amended and complementary, and this is why we choose this subject "competition in the field of public transactions", in order to reveal the effectiveness of the extension of the application of competition law to public transactions and so on the effectiveness of enshrining the principle of competition in the conclusion of public transactions.
