This study aims to shed light on the special criminal law for business, which is the law of the institution that is considered a professional during the exercise of its activities, so it is necessary to set limits to protect professional activities, whether in terms of protecting professionals: competitors, partners .. or in terms of protecting consumers. Through the study, two important results were reached: There are imperatives and justifications that called for the intervention of criminal law in the field of business, mainly due to the insufficiency of rules and penalties of a non-penal nature, and the growing and increasing deviation by the use of power and influence in the field of business.
