Abstract

The insurance activity has a subject and a goal that plays strategic economic roles within the state. It relies on means that produce a direct and indirect impact on the law-making in light of capital globalization, which may allow the parties concerned to violate the legal rules in the field of insurance contracts, whether on things or money by signing obligations. The contract that may be marred by refusal to perform, negligence, negligence or fraud and deception when executing or declaring, and which may give rise to civil and/or penal liability. Let us raise the following problem: How did the Algerian legislator draw the limits of liability for violations of the insurance process?
