The effect of a judicialerror in attributing the facts In Iraq's civil Procedure law
Keywords:
issues of reality, questions of law, adaptation, attributionAbstract
Iraq's civil Procedure law (amended) is free from regulating the issue of error in legal attribution, which should be subject to the reasons for the discriminatory appeal, and the implications of this implicit treatment necessitate the need for explicit and clear regulation of the issue of error in legal attribution. In particular, the judge's work is diligent and may therefore direct and keep pace with the case and a certain direction in order to subject it to certain texts other than those that should be applied to the case if it is properly addressed in terms of adaptation or conclusion of the facts.
