Efficiency between spouses (Between the religious approach and the legal)

Abstract

Societies are stable in the stability of their families, and it is pleasant to
live in the abundance of happiness that overwhelms marital relations, for this
reason Islam has taken care of the institution of marriage, the first core of
societies. For that, the researcher sheds light in this paper on the issue of
competence between spouses within a comparative reading between the Islamic
jurisprudential approach and the legal approach adopted by legal journals in our
Arab countries.
