Abstract

The research deals with profession competence in marriage contracts; This
issue remains the subject of an extensive and narrow doctrinal and legal debate,
and its contemporary variables have affected it and its provisions for the world's
developments, in an effort to preserve everything that will stabilize the family as
the basic cell of society.
Customary changes in profession profession include changes in honest and
vile occupations relating to men. Profession competence is also attached to
women because of their entry into the labour market, consideration of the level of
education because it is linked to the current issue of work, and observance of the
compatibility and convergence of these variables, in order to achieve the purpose
of marriage legislation, namely, permanence, familiarity, affection and
tranquillness in the family
