Foreign direct investment between the necessity of technology transfer and the requirement to protect the environment

Abstract

The selfiness of the human being nd his passion of living in the extravagence and luxury has pushed him to envent new more developped techincal styles to exploit the natural resources that are on earth, in order to increase the production and provide jobs ans to access to desired growth rates. And in front of this good face, some negative effects has appreat in the other side because of the transfered technologies to the developing countries to those strict environmental procedures in the homeland, besides of the increased frequency of the environmental resources exploitation, the percentage of pollution in a way nature has become unable to get rid of it and in front of this deteriorating situation, it was necessary to restrict the freedom og the transfering investments with protecting the application of concepts and dimensions sustianable development, we should go for an environmenttally safe, clean and renewable technology transfer.
