Prior control of dismissal for economic reason in Algerian labor law

Abstract

 . Dismissal for economic reason is of great importance to employees, employers, and society in general, due to its significant impact on social stability and economic efficiency. Having this importance, this research aims to demonstrate and analyze the prior control of dismissal for economic reasons in order to determine its nature, scope and limits in the light of new economic, social and political trends in Algeria since the promulgation of the Constitution of 23 February 1989
