THE ROLE OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN UPGRADING THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR

Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the role of foreign investment in upgranding the industrial sector .through ,it was concluded that investment in the industrial sector provided significant revenues that contributed to raising the level of the economy in algeria achieving national industrial development capable of diversifying exports and raising the capabilities of the national economy and ridding it of its dependence on hydrocabons requires the provision of a legal and legislative framework capable of attracting the foreign investor and providing all legal guarantees to protect him from all risks and facilitate his success ,and embody his investment project in a climate characterized by transparency and stability in order to strengthen the national economy and revive national development
