Abstract

Terminals are a model for regulating and rationalizing port spaces, so the operator of these finals may be active, in the maritime station, which raises the question of the legal regime in the absence of an international convention in force,This necessitated the intervention of the United Nations Convention on the Carriage of Goods Wholly or Partly by Sea - Rotterdam Rules - to regulate the contractor's liability in order to reflect its philosophy of unifying the legal provisions applicable to those involved in the shipping process in its modern sense as a maritime performing party, applying the doctrine of the nodal group that allows the injured to sue the contractor responsible for causing damage as a party to the same group, while borrowing the contracting carrier's liability regime. It will enable a legal system to be granted to operators of offshore terminals
