Abstract

If gold is a source of security for savers, in parallel with currencies that are increasingly affected by political, economic and even social factors, it needs to verify its market value to know its degree of purity, which is not available to ordinary consumers. Therefore, legislation has sought to hedge against any deception or manipulation of their interests, including Algerian law, which combines substantive and procedural texts included in the Indirect Tax Law, in addition to other special texts that entrust tax authorities and other active bodies with various tasks that go beyond the control authority as preventive protection to other therapeutic or deterrent tasks by notifying the judicial authorities.
