Trial proceedings, which are among the most important guarantees for the accused to protect their rights, must also be recorded. This is confirmed by the Algerian legislator in the Code of Criminal Procedure, where he tried to provide several guarantees for the accused at the trial stage, given its importance as a fateful and decisive stage for the accused
