Electronic ticket equivalent to paper ticket in the field of air transport

Abstract

 The most commonly used means of transport is air transport, which is the means that offers the passenger many advantages, especially in terms of speed and safety to be ensured. It is on this basis that the passenger is supposed to have a ticket that guarantees him, physically reflecting the existence of the presumed contract between the passenger and the carrier. The ticket is one of the documents previously submitted to the passenger in paper form which has been converted into an electronic ticket in accordance with the requirements of the conventions governing this area, in particular the 1929 Warsaw Convention and the 1999 Montreal Convention, which regard the electronic ticket as a means of proving positive and acceptable between the contracting parties
