The legal nature of the electronic intermediary as a mechanism for remote contracting

This study aims to identify the electronic intermediate as one of the innovative mechanisms used by a person in his/her contracting across the web net on his behalf. In order to understand its identity and mechanism to get an accessibility to determine the appropriate juridical description, merely as a communicative mechanism used by a person inorder to get a contract across the internet or to be considered as a lawful independent individual. Among the main results of this study is that the electronic intermediate is an Electronic programme which has a specific identity derived from its own characteristics used to contracting in a digital environment, however it doesn't possess a juridical legal individual in the absence of it's legal stipulation or text.
