The theoretical and organizational framework of entrepreneurship in Algeria

Abstract

 This study aims at knowing the location of contracting by addressing the theoretical and organizational framework and the supporting and regulatory means. We will also address the legal basis of SMEs and business incubators and how effective these means are in supporting and promoting contracting in Algeria, whether directly like ANSEJ. ANJEM .CNAC or indirectly such as the loan guarantee fund established by Algerian legislator to achieve sustainable development The study also seeks to identify the reasons for the delayed start of business incubators and the obstacles to their spread in Algeria. The study also found that the support and promotion of entrepreneurship is not linked only to legal and administrative means, but must adopt the culture and spirit of contracting by society.
