Authority to regulate public procurement and delegate public services

Abstract

The Algerian legislator has stipulated the establishment, for the first time, of an authority to regulate public contracts and delegate public services, through Presidential Decree 15/247 relating to the regulation of public contracts and the delegation of public services.
