Sharia and legal controls for Takaful insurance in Egypt

Abstract

In view of the wide acceptance of Takaful insurance among
individuals، especially in recent times، because it is based on legal controls in
accordance with what the noble Islamic Sharia has brought. Legal texts، compared
to commercial insurance that people deal with despite the existence of a suspicion
of sanctity in dealing with it، and we find that Takaful insurance is one of the
contemporary issues in which money plays a major role as an alternative to
traditional commercial insurance، in covering various risks and attention to the
cooperative insurance system after the methods of insurance were known. To
trade a great debate about its legality، and its failure was proven after the recent
global crisis that swept the economies of the world، which resulted in the search
for an alternative that would make them feel safe and protect them from
unexpected crises، It is still facing many challenges that stand to the spread of
this type of insurance
