E-tourism Contracts as a Mechanism for Promoting Sustainable Tourism in Algeria

This study examines the role of electronic tourism contracts in promoting sustainable tourism in Algeria, using a descriptive analytical approach. It highlights their contribution to improving the efficiency of tourism institutions and services, simplifying processes, and saving time, all of which support sustainability. Electronic tourism is presented as a modern tool to facilitate service access, enhance customer experience, and boost satisfaction. However, the study identifies key challenges, such as ensuring data security and protecting users' personal information, given the sensitivity of digital transactions. It also emphasizes verifying the credibility of services on digital platforms to build trust between contracting parties. Success depends on understanding local and international laws regulating these contracts, ensuring a balance between sustainability and digital innovation
