Abstract

This study reviews the principles and dimensions of corporate social responsibility, addressing a comprehensive topic on how to identify and understand the core principles and key dimensions of this vital concept. The study highlights the concept of social responsibility as a commitment that companies make when making decisions and implementing policies, with a focus on evaluating those decisions from an ethical and social perspective. The core principles include the commitment of companies to achieve the well-being of society as a whole and ensuring a balance between the organization's interests and the respect for the rights of individuals and the community. Additionally, the study focuses on key dimensions of social responsibility, such as the economic dimension that emphasizes finding a balance between profit and responsibility, and the social dimension that encompasses the role of companies in improving and supporting communities.
