Abstract

This study falls within the ethnographic studies aimed at determining the extent to which Algerian economic companies, specifically in the state of Mila, practice social responsibility, and the Grouz company was chosen to manufacture milk and its derivatives. Through this study, we were able to reach a set of scientific results, the most important of which is that the company is somewhat far from the idea of social responsibility, even though it exercises part of this responsibility indirectly, and without awareness of it
