Abstract

Endowment is one of the main economic pillars of Islamic society. Its mechanism works to preserve and develop money for the well-being of society and to preserve the rights of future generations. With contemporary developments, the economic and social role of the endowment must be activated through the innovation of modern forms and methods of investment in endowment funds. The study aims to highlight recent strategies in investing endowment funds and ways of developing them through modern and innovative endowment fund investment formulas, taking into account legitimate controls, The two researchers have taken a descriptive approach to addressing these cycles, which has concluded that there is a multiplicity of standardized investment formulas but lacks the legal cover for their work, which has limited their effectiveness and application.
