Creteria for assessing damage in claims for compensation for anti-competitive

This study aims to define the idea of competitive harm to understand the competitive harm resulting from anti- competitive practices ,And to determine the traditional criterion for its estimation ,in addition to identihying various modern standards that focus on estimating the extent of the harm resulting from anti-competitive practice ,and throught them it has been concluded that competitive harm is damages of an economic nature ,wich is a general damages related to competition ,wich includes da,ages resulting from anti-competitive practice ,this damages is based in its istimation on a traditional standard based on legal foundations governed by the principle oh parity between damage and compensation ,and it relies on the basis of what the injured party has lost and what he has suffred from loss .As for the standard talk to appreciate it relies on economic theories and is a varying quantitative standard ,Moreover ,There has been no agreement on specific standard is linked to the parties to the dispute and to the discretionary power of the judje.
