The Algerian government has taken steps to establish legal and institutional mechanisms for the effective management of the agricultural sector. Given that the restoration and investment project in reclamation oceans is a project that affects the State economy, it is clear that there is a wide difference between State bets and reality, which requires much legislative and functional scrutiny.
