The Protected Interest on the Algeria-France Convention for Mixed Marriage Kids

Abstract: The paper presents an legal remarks on the Algeria- Francc convention of 1988 that treats the phenomenon of the mixed marriage which had been coming into a particular issues to restrict the child abduction from/to Algeria. The study shows that the previous agreement was used for the benefit of one party. It explores that its primary purpose was to recover the child by his incubator, however, this convention included a procedures ultimately serve of the interest of the French mother not the best interest of the child. The research attempts to fill the gaps in the convention by proposing a substantive amendment relating to the dissolution of the marriage.
