Due to the urgent need for commercial transactions in all fields, many countries have tended to pay attention to it, which led to the emergence of electronic commerce, and the interest of countries in balancing between meeting the needs of consumers and preserving the resources .available for future generations led to the emergence of so-called smart cities .To research the relationship between e-commerce and smart cities.
