Legal status of the medical contract in assisted reproduction

This paper deals with the legal adaptation of the medical contract in assisted reproduction which is characterized by legal rules different from traditional contracts, in terms of the pillars, characteristics and effects of this contract, and this study concluded that the legislator through Health Law No. 18-11 organized this contract and set conditions for it Formal and objective, and he identified some of his obligations, and set penal sanctions in case of violation of legal controls and contractual obligations imposed by this contract, but this does not prevent the existence of some points related to these operations that still need effective legal treatment.
