The role of small and medium-sized enterprises in achieving the economic empowerment of women according to Algerian legislation

He has contributed to the empowerment of women set up small enterprises and the formation of women across the villages and rural areas includingThis study aims to highlight the distinction of women in certain sectors in view of their experience of working in small and medium-sized enterprises which have always been linked to gender issues and not to the capacity to perform, as it has contributed to empowering women, setting up small businesses and training women across villages and rural areas, including those who stay at home, in addition to those who were victims of the national tragedy during the black decade in Algeria in the 90s or who were facing difficult social conditions, given the role that Algerian women played before, during and after independence in the liberation of the country and by participating in the construction phase , the role of training in the promotion of women and in enabling them to participate in the management of different sectors. As a result, this study concluded that Algeria has sought to adopt new development strategies, among which we mention economic empowerment as it is one of the most recognized concepts of woman as an active element. in the economic field and makes development more participatory between women and men.
