Abstract

Corruption risks are increasing and exacerbating in recent years in a manner that
has become of concern to the international community, and generates more efforts
in preventing and combating it. To the extent that the efforts exerted to protect
banks and financial institutions from it are considered a criterion for classifying
countries between cooperating or non-cooperating in the field of combating crime.
The Financial Inquiry Processing Cell is among the agencies monitored for
combating corruption, although it seeks to prevent money laundering and terrorist
