The repercussions of the failure of the self-management system and the alternatives that have been approved in the agricultural sector

The restoration of real estate was a top priority after independence in accordance with the principle of national sovereignty, which stipulated the right of the Algerian state to nationalize foreign-owned lands. Since then, Algeria has been looking for quick solutions to improve the agricultural sector. Starting with the problem of agricultural real estate specially after their sudden vacancy from their foreign owners during colonization from one hand, and its takeover by peasants after independence and what it causes from chaos and the transformation of agricultural lands from their agricultural goals on the other hand. Regarding the objectives of the topic, it is to shed light on one of the most important experiences that were devoted in its infancy to individual management and in the agricultural sector; In the end, we come to the conclusion that poor management, lack of experience and financing are all factors that led to the failure of system self-management. This prompted the legislator to search for alternatives and legal mechanisms to promote the agricultural sector.
