Abstract

Container shipping has become inevitable and inevitable, because of its
advantages and facilities in the aspect of transportation. Especially since the entire
field of transport is subject to modern technology, which has made matters worse,

sometimes even conflicting ones, as he finds himself at a loss, especially since the
legislation governing container transport does not carry a solution. For emerging
legal problems, and the regulations that dealt with these problems are still not in
force, The regulations applicable to liability for the container differ according to
the party that provided it for the purpose of the transportation process.
