The Real Estate Problematic Numbering and their Administrative Settling Ways in the Algerian Legislation

Abstract

The Algerian Legislator has realized that the organization of the real estate
pot will be done only with all the real estate global survey, and it monitored a
legal means to purify the real estate ownership; therefore the real estate
conservative was considered as the important legal mechanism the Algerian
Legislator has introduced in the real estate saving procedure for the purpose to
administratively settle the real estate problems without refuge to justice; because
of numerous disputes in front of the administrative courts and the State Council
linked to real estate numbering and the recorded real estates in an account
unknown.
