Personal data collected through article submission or use of the journal platform—such as names and email addresses—are used exclusively for the purposes specified by the journal and are not shared with any third party. These data are handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, particularly Law No. 18-07 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal information.
All manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process, and strict confidentiality is maintained throughout the evaluation period. The university’s publication and scientific coordination department ensures the confidentiality of both the authors’ identities and the content of the manuscript during the entire review process conducted by the Editorial Committee and peer reviewers.
