Abstract

This article focuses on the theme of investing in agricultural endowment properties in Algeria, through being aware of data and real estate market developments according to evolution that is taking place in the field. Also, the article reflects the Algerian legislator's interest on the topic regarding this sort of endowment property accordingly, through rulings of order 01-07 amending endowments law 91-10, and executive decree 14-70 which is including conditions and ways for renting endowment lands that are intended for agriculture. Investing in agricultural endowment properties and the rents generated from them are important from an economic standpoin. that are obtained by rents derived from it, thanks to its significance from an economic side in realizing self-sufficiency and development. Therefore, it is significant to take stock of endowment legislation concerning agricultural properties to assess extent of its success in realizing desired objectives.
