Submission Guidelines
Participants are invited to submit abstracts of original research or case studies in PDF format, prepared using the official Word template available in the Templates section of the conference website.
All submissions must be made through the conference website’s Submission Page (Submit Your Paper). Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee to ensure their scientific quality and relevance.
Each submission should include:
- Title of the paper
- Conference topic or section
- Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
- Abstract (maximum 350 words)
- Keywords (one- to three-word phrases)
- Presentation category (oral or poster)
- Contact information
